We would like to inform you that we had friends from German, Philip and Jasmin. This people had done a lot in our home based care project or some call it H2H meaning that House to House project. This project indend to help every body with chronic illness at home, we also identify all other health problems and adress it. So far for the help of these friends of ours we have done a lot in this year and now we welcome who ever willing to support this project is welcoming....
