Food for thought to other stakeholders

For vibrant development, Organization Assessment (OA) is vital. It focuses on two main areas: the internal and external evironment of partner organization. Assessment helps NGO reflect on the past and establish strategies for improvement in future. Many leaders of organization fail or are even afraid of conducting external OA. Not because of lack of transparency but adequate knowledge on merits of OA. As we cerebrate 2012 new year, let everyone apply OA for future development of civil society sector in Tanzania.
