Aiming is to transform the community based and sustainable development the emphasis will be on physical and spiritual needs through local church in hard area

2-1-To Work with the Community through Networking with the Local Church in Hard Area in Tanzania
2-2-To Unite Each Other Through Faith Which Is In Our Lord Jesus Christ
2-3-To Seek Partnership with Church in Their Service to the Poor and Affected People Who in Need
2-4-We Regard All people as creation of God in giving first priority to them so as to unite the world in love, health and potential given to us by God for his own glory

DESCRIPTIONS FOR EACH SUBJECT
3-1-church building support
Encourage and strengthen through construction of church with pastor office and mini store together with toilet two room for each gander in cooperation with local church member support covered 40% by using material available

3-2-evangelical support
 To provide Christian literature include bible and hymns song book and logistical witness material eg tract
 To equip local evangelist with a bicycle to enable them to reach different place of their community around
 To purchase and distribute instruments for gospel and worship the lord in their church

3-3-primary health care
 To provide health education from family unit in liaison with government health center in that area
 To provide diagnostic laboratory and RCH service in order to reduce mobile clinic for community
 To support local nurse in village area for upper training

3-4-pastor training support
 To help training of church leader through entre theology education system certificate level and diploma

3-5-agriculture and food security
 To provide once seeds and pesticide chemical in order to increase productions
 To facilitate community in building of store and use them
 To equip cattle keeper with improve knowledge better animals keeping managements

3-6-water and sanitations
 Provide water equipment for –collection, storage, treatment and distribution to the community from the source
 To reduce incidence of water borne disease in the community
 To reduce distance from water source 15 kilometer to less than 01 kilometer

3-7-income generation activities
 To encourage small scale income between woman and youth in village
 To reduce Barden of woman through introduction of appropriate technology and improving of their economic activities


3-8-child and student service
 The Provision of education and education and health expenses especial needy children in order to increase school attendance thus to improve standard seven performance
 To ensure that girls children gate education effectively from kindergarten level
 To take care as a family member for children who have been prolonged illness such as polio ,deaf ,blinder and sickle cell anemia in order to enable them to attend specific center for education and clinic




3-9-PRAYES MOBILE TEAM

To mobilize prayer team to visit in local church for prayer and interceptions with church member and community who in need

4-PARTINESHIP
The support given shall reach the goals of Christianity and socials service in all areas of operations


5-THE CHANGE THAT MAY HAVE APPEARED DURING OUR SERVISE
We can make a different and thus to be new by God grace and the community change situation such as
i. All community diseases will be reduce by education and treatment

ii. Children will live better and their future will live better prosperous


iii. All school age children will be enrolled in standard one at the right age

iv. Community will have sufficient food throughout the year by increase production and good storage


v. The Christian will get permanent place for worship and domestic services

vi. The community will be able to achieve life time vision of improve, love, physical and spiritual hence to enjoy piece ,justices and security

vii. Many youth and woman will be provide with self employment through small scale enterprises
