New enfoldments Hamoup Hotel Management and Catering Institute has moved its schooling to Mwanakwerekwe where students are grounded on the four divisions of Hotel Management Certificate course - Food production, Food and Beverages,Front Desk and Housekeeping, also Tourism, Enterpreneaurship and English for Hospitality Industry in Zanzibar. other courses are Security Guard and Safety, Chef Apprenticeship, English that are short courses of 3 months each

Selectively, after 6 months course the graduate carries out a period of Internship in a recognised Hotel for three months.

Each graduate is then placed in a hotel of their choice
