Majani Natural and Scientific Health Promotions (MANSHEP) is a non-Governmental, non-religious, non-partisan, non-private profit making,non-profit sharing and results-oriented organization dedicated to prevention of diseases and promotion of public health.

To promote, protect and improvise public health through the science of lifestyle medicine, disease preventive services, creativity and innovations.

MANSHEP is a new force for positive change to help make a smarter, stronger and a healthier you and a healthier Africa while contributing significantly to the healthier World. Our priority is to improve your physical, mental, social, spiritual and financial health (PMSSFH) through community-based participatory approaches.

Objectives

• To educate the general public about various aspects of health and provision of an advocacy mechanism for promoting global health and public health research. Our aim is to provide the information and support necessary so people have confidence and a sense of control over their health. 

• To educate healthcare providers on good healthcare practices and foster professional development as well as a sense of unity among scientific and African traditional healthcare professionals in order to build a healthier world by improving the quality of care, reducing costs and optimizing patient outcomes.

• To promote public benefit lifestyle medicine conferences, seminers and workshops
  
• To promote the dissemination of scientific evidence-based health contents and resources through various media, including, but not limited to, the internet, TV, radio, and print.
• To develop a definitive public resource website, or set of sites, for evidence-based educational content.
• Utilize expertise. In the fulfillment of our activities, we shall seek to engage the best expertise available and shall seek to collaborate with professional bodies of the highest quality.

• Develop and manage cost-effective marketing, sales, and distribution models that will help populations access branded products and services addressing international health challenges.

• Develop and manage communication for health initiatives that empower Tanzanians to take informed actions that improve their health and sustainable well being.
