Rwanda Youth Solution Organization (RYSO) is none-profit making organization created in 2005 .It is non-governmental organization of youth committed to promote the community development, building solidarity and peace building. It is aimed for the Capacity building, opportunity, Management and Exchange for peace building and development through the contribution to the most pertinent community problems towards the improvement of the future generation welfare. RYSO is an opportunity for multidisciplinary career development through the involvement of youth in community engagement through volunteerism; internship and entrepreneurship in order to enhance their readiness, competitiveness and preparedness to seize economic development through the career development at the same time serving the community. The RYSO is working with graduates youth, students and none students youth and all category of our members are able to fulfill the required tasks to ensure the community services and career development.We mobilize youth to use the knowledge and energy to serve the community and develop their career which is required to apply for job opportunity or job creation after being exposed to the community needs. Goal: Building the developed community through the participation of youth towards peace building, ending poverty and improve the lives of youth and the community in general. Objectives: To achieve the main goal of RYSO, the below objectives will be :
Mission Statement: Educating the youthand young mothers through educational training skills that can create better job opportunities,conflicts management and their health improvement and enhance the learning that major degree opportunity in their daily activities. Vision: The vision of RYSO is to create the world skilled citizen on peacebuilding,job creation and health advocacy by involving the national and international, educated and none educated youth and young mothers groups without any discrimination. We believe that the authentic development of society based on the youth can occur only in a culture that fosters integral human development – characterized by educational , physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional growth, in a climate of respect for the human person and the family. |
