TEYODEN yajiandaa kuendesha mafunzo ya uanzishaji wa VICOBA Temeke

Katika kupambana na umaskini TEYODEN itaendesha mafunzo kupitia midahalo ya kila wiki kwa vijana wake juu ya uanzishaji wa benki za kijamii,maarufu kama VICOBA.

Mafunzo hayo yataendeshwa kwa njia ya midahalo na  mwezeshaji Gabriel Gesine aliyehudhuria mafunzo ya uanzishaji wa VICOBA yaliyoendeshwa na WWF ofisi ya Tanzania pale Maili Moja,Kibaha.

Mafunzo hayo yalihusisha juu ya uanzishaji wa vikundi,uongozi katika vikundi hivyo,uchaguzi huru,kanuni  na taratibu za ununuzi wa hisa na jinsi ya kukopa,mfuko wa jamii,uundaji wa katiba ya kikundi,utunzaji wa kumbukumbu za mahesabu,ununuzi wa hisa kwa mara ya kwanza,utoaji wa mikopo,ulipaji wa mikopo na jinsi ya utunzaji wa kumbukumbu za kila siku.

TEYODEN training confirm the establishment of VICOBA Temeke

In fighting poverty TEYODEN will pursue training through weekly debates for young people over the establishment of community banks, known as VICOBA.

The training yataendeshwa through debates and   Gabriel Gesine facilitator who attended training establishment VICOBA conducted by WWF Tanzania Office at Mile One, Kibaha.

The training included the establishment of groups, leadership groups, free elections, rule   and procedures for purchase of shares by way of borrowing, fund category, the formation of the constitution of the group, keeping records of accounts, purchase of shares for the first time, the provision of loans, repayment of loans and how to take care of the records of each the day.
