MIAKA SABA SHULE HAINA MWALIMU WA HESABU

Wakati serikali ikiwa imeunda tume ya kuchunguza chanzo cha matokeo mabaya ya kidato cha nne kwa mwaka 2012, zipo sababu nyingi zinazoonyesha dalili za awali za majibu yatakayoletwa na tume hiyo mara baada ya kukamilika kwa uchunguzi wake.
