            WASICHANA NA CHANGAMOTO KATIKA MABARAZA YA WANAFUNZI

Ikionekana kama ilishazoeleka ya kuwa viongozi wengi wanaopaswa kuongoza kundi au vikundi vya watu ni lazima awe mwanaume na hivvyo kuchangia kwa kiasi kikubwa kuendelea na ile dhana ya mfumo dume katika jamii zetu.

 

 

 

 

 

Hili limeanza kuwa tofauti na mazoea hayo yanayoonekana kama kupitwa na wakati hasa kwa kile kinachoonekana kama ni mapinduzi ya amani na yenye changamoto ya kuleta mabadiliko hayo kuanza kuchukua nafasi kuanzia katika Nyanja mbalimbali zikiwemo mashuleni.

Katika hali isiyo ya kawaida katika shule nyingi za msingi katika Wilaya ya Chamwino zimekuwa na mabaraza mengi ya wanafunzi ambayo kwa sasa yanaongozwa na wasichana nahii imeonyesha kuwa kwa sasa mapinduzi makubwa ya kuondoa ile dhana ya mfumo dume huenda ikapotea kabisa na kuwa na usawa pasipo na ubaguzi.  

Hizo ni moja ya juhudi za Shirika lisilo la kiserikali la Marafiki wa Elimu Dodoma (MED) linalotekeleza mradi wa Haki Zangu Sauti Yangu chini ya ufadhili wa Shirika la kimataifa la Oxfam GB tawi la Tanzania,katika Shule 20 zikiwemo 16 za Msingi na 4 za Sekondari.

Aidha awali ya yote wakati wa kuendesha mafunzo yake katika shule hizo kuna baadhi ya wadau walionyesha wasiwasi wao katika kudhani ya kuwa elimu hiyo ingeweza kuwa na matokeo tofauti ya uelewa wa kudai haki zao kama wanafunzi kwa kuwa na usumbufu kwa baadhi ya wanafunzi na walimu wao jambo ambalo limeonekana kuwa tofauti na lenye msaada mkubwa kwa walimu wenyewe.

“mwanzo nilikuwa na wasiwasi mkubwa juu ya haya mafunzo kwani niliamini kuwa ni kama tunaanza kuwajengea chuki wanafunzi dhidi ya walimu wao pindi watakaposhindwa kuelewa kile wanachofundishwa, lakini  imekuwa tofauti na ni msaada mkubwa  sana kwa sisi walimu kwani kwa sasa kazi nyingi zinafanywa na wanafunzi wenyewe’, alisema Mwalimu Hamisa Chama.anae fundisha shule ya Msingi Chalula iliyopo Wilayani Chamwino Mkoani Dodoma.

This has become a tangible difference to these practices as time passed and especially with what looks like a peaceful revolution and a challenge to bring these changes begin to take place starting in various fields, including schools.

In the unusual situation in many schools based in the District of Chamwino have been many councils students which is currently dominated by girls and these have demonstrated that currently major coup to remove the concept of patriarchy goes disappeared completely and have equality without discrimination .  

That is one of the efforts of the NGO Friends of Education Dodoma (MED) implementing project My Voice My Rights under the auspices of an international organization Oxfam GB branch of Tanzania, in 20 schools, including 16 primary and 4 secondary .

Either at the outset to run his training in these schools there are some stakeholders expressed their concerns on the assumption that such knowledge could be very different understanding of demanding their rights as students to be disruptive for some students and their teachers matter which proved the difference and a great help to the teachers themselves.
