Colleagues and all stakeholders in child health,it have been a great achivement by the Tanzanian government for the reduction of infant and child mortality,i congratulate the ministry of health and social welfare(MOHSW) for that,a recent update by media that there have been reduction of IMR by 40%

So my question for other stakeholders in child health;is it convincing for that figure? and if yes,is it real scientific or just political propaganda?  BUT still we see and here many infant and child deaths in our hospitals
