Management team

Village Relief Services has a very simple structure to enable it run its activities. General Assembly held once a year is responsible for electing the board. The Board is responsible for formulating policies as well as the general management of Village Relief Services’ affairs. Day-to-day management is run by the secretariat headed by the Executive Director. The staff together with the Executive Director implements policies and activities. The Executive Director, supported by Program Officers and other skilled staff, manages Village Relief Services’ day-to-day activities.
