TIMAP is a members association of informal microfinance practitioners with currently 32 live individual and 6 institutional members. According to Article No. 5.0, Section 5.2.1 of the Constitution live members should pay admission fees and annual subscription fees. TIMAP is a registered non-profit association with certificate of registration no. S.A 18534 from the Registrar of Societies, Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) issued on December 31^st, 2012, under the registration Act Cap 337.
