This NGO was created when members of BARAZA LA REDET of the Mchangani ward discovered that it was not having capacity enough in tackling implementations of decisions arrived at with the BARAZA and so members formulated to establish a non governmental focusing civil based initiatives to propel desired directions for development in the Ward that comprises four shehias(counties) namely Mchangani, Vikokotoni, Mwembetanga and Mbuyuni.
