Sukumaland Destination Cultural Tourism Program (SDCTP) is a community based organization which deals with catering various tourist services such as tourist attractions, accommodations, food stuffs and beverage and entertainment like local dances that are found in Sukumaland (Mwanza, region).

The program is founded in May, 2014 by three skilled, experienced and well trained tourism professionals, two who are  currently working at Sukuma Museum as Museum Moderators and Museum guides. They include;

 Mr. Felix F. Mugongo (A graduate from The University of Dodoma, 2013; a first degree in Tourism and Cultural Heritage and currently he is a Sukuma Museum guide).

Mr. Richard R. Bulluma (A holder of Museum Techniques and Management Certificate from National Museum Of Tanzania, 2001 and currently he is a Head of Sukuma Museum department , he is also a Museum Moderator and guide). And

Mr. George Bahebe (A graduate from the University of St. Augustine Of Tanzania, SAUT-2013. who parsued Masters Degree of Marketing, Tourism and Hotel Management)

The program’s main office is situated at Kisesa village, close to Sukuma Museum in Mwanza, Tanzania, along the southern shores of Lake Victoria, 20 kilometers from the city of Mwanza.
