Umoja una uongozi uliokamilika ukiwa na Mwenyekiti Makamu mwenyekiti, Katibu Mtendaji,KATIBU Msaidizi, Mweka Hazina na wajumbe l5 wanaounda Kamati ya Utendaji ambao hukutana mara moja kila mwezi. Vile vile kuna mkutano mkuu wa wanachama wote kila mwaka mwezi Desemba. Asasi hii ilisajiliwa mwaka 2oo2 mwezi Desemba tarehe l6 ns kupewa Hati ya Usajili...UWANE founded in 2oo1 to start with 25 members. Currently the Union has about 62 members chanma living. Union leadership is a complete and Vice Chairman Chairman, Executive Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer and l5 members who formed the Executive Committee which meets once every month.
