Development of widow women and counselling (DEWIWOCO)

Ni shilika lisilo la kiselikari linalojishughulisha na maendeleo ya wanawake wajane  na kutoa ushauri, shirika liliundwa tarehe 10/10/2006 na idadi ya wanachama 10 kwa pamoja tuliweza kushirikiana hadi kufanikiwa kupata katiba.

Makao makuu yanapatikana wilaya ya Nzega mkoani Tabora,na ofisi zinapatikanaNzega mjini katika kitongoji cha  ushirika karibu na ushirika shule ya musingi.

Wanachama waliweza kushilikiana na kupata usajiri kutoka wizara ya mambo ya ndani kwa sheria ya mwaka 1954(Rule 5)tuliweza kupata cheti cha usajiri chenye namba s.no.14838.

Mafanikio yametokana na kupata mradi baada ya kusaini mkataba wa miezi mitatu na the faundation for civil society ambapo tuliweza kutekeleza shughuli zifuatazo

1 utunzaji wa fedha

2 uandaaji na uibuaji na usimamizi wa miradi.

3 uongozi na uendeshaji wa asasi.

4 kuitambulisha asasi katika ngazi ya kata tarafa hadi wilaya

Mafanikio tuliyopata

1 kuongezeka kwa uwazi wa katika uendeshaji wa asasi na matumizi ya fedha

-Kanuni za fedha zimetungwa na zinatumika ipasavyo ndani ya asasi.

-Kanuni za matumizi pia zimetungwa na zinafuatwa vizuri.

2 viongozi kuwa na mwelekeo sahihi juu ya utawala bora,mgawanyo wa madaraka umetekelezwa,mipaka ya viongozi inafahamika,kila kiongozi anajua kazi zake na majukumu yake,taratibu za kazi na sheria ndani ya asasi zimetungwa na zinatumika.

3 Viongozi wameelewa namna ya kuibua miradi na usimamizi wake ili kuleta tija katika asasi.

Asasi imeanzisha mradi wa kuku

4 Asasi imefahamika katika ngazi ya kata tarara na wilayani na viongozi wameweza kutushauri kuwa huduma zetu zisiishie mjini bali zipanuke kwa haraka kwenda vijijini.

It's irrelevant kiselikari shilika dealing specifically with the development of women widows, and providing advice, the organization was established on 10.10.2006 with the number of 10 members together we can work together to succeed to the constitution.
