MAISHA MAPYA MABWEPANDE BAADA YA MAFURIKO.

Ni mji mpya kwa sasa,unaopatikana km 37 kutoka jijini Dar es salaam na upo upande wa kusini magharibi mwa jiji hilo,unaotegemewa kukaliwa na familia zipatazo 1800,baada ya makazi yao kuharibiwa kwa mafuriko ya tarehe 20/12/2011.

Jumapili ya tarehe 22/01/2012,msururu wa magari ya jeshi la wananchi wa Tanzania ukiambatana na viongozi wengine wa mkoa wa Dar es salaam,waliwasili katika eneo la Mabwepande tayari kuwakabidhi nyumba wahanga wa mafuriko.Eneo hilo linatarajiwa kuwa na familia zipatazo 1800,lakini mpaka sasa ni familia 300,ndizo zitakazo anza kuishi eneo hilo wakati ukarabati wa nyumba nyingine ukiendelea.

Diwani wa kata ya Mabwepande bwana Clement Boko,anaeleza kwa ufupi changamoto ambazo zinategemewa kuwepo katika kipindi hiki ambacho wakazi hawa wanahamia katika kata yake.Pamoja na kushukru ujenzi uliowezeshwa na shirika la msalaba mwekundu,kwa kuweka mifumo ya maji,bafu na vyoo,lakini anasema bado kuna umuhimu wa kuweka mifumo ya maji taka kwa kuwa haipo kabisa,hali ambao inaweza kuibua tatizo la magonjwa ya kuhara,kipindu pindu na ugonjwa wa matumbo.

Aidha bwana Boko anaeleza kuwa kuna umuhimu wa huduma ya shule ya msingi na sekondari kuandaliwa mapema kwa kuwa watoto  ni wengi sana na hakuna shule zilizo karibu na eneo hilo.Pamoja na kuwepo kwa vyoo,bado inaonesha kuwa si vya muda mrefu hivyo kuna kila sababu ya kujenga vyoo vya muda mrefu na miundo mbinu inayopitisha maji taka.Vile vile kituo cha afya ni muhimu kiweke katika eneo hilo kwa ajili ya kuwatibu wagonjwa.

Mapinduzi,kutoka mkoa wa Dar es salaam chini ya mwenyekiti wao bi Aisha Suruu wametoa misaada ya magodoro,maji,juisi,nguo na viatu kwa ajili ya wahanga hao.Kwa kuwa eneo hilo ni jipya na ndio maisha yanaanza upya kuna changamoto mbalimbali ambazo zinatarajiwa kutokea.

Changamoto hizo ni pamoja na maisha kuwa magumu zaidi kwa wahanga,mama Bakri ambaye ni mjane asiye na mme wala mtoto anasimulia, naishukuru serikali kwa kutupatia makazi haya,lakini bado hali ni ngumu kwa upande wetu,hatuna pa kuanzia maana kila kitu kilisombwa na maji,hivyo tunaomba misaada zaidi mpaka pale tutakapo kuwa na uwezo wa kujitegemea,mwisho wa kunukuu.

Katika eneo hilo hakuna huduma yoyote inayopatikana ,kwa maana kwamba maduka,soko na huduma nyingine za kijamii kitu ambacho kinaongeza ugumu wa maisha kwa wananchi hao.Misaada mbalimbali ya kibinadamu inahitajika kwa haraka sana ili kuwasaidia wahanga hao.Chakula,nguo,dawa ya kutibu maji,dawa za chooni,misaada kwa ajili ya watoto wa shule kwa maana kwamba,sare,viatu,nguo,madaftari na peni za kuandikia ni muhimu sana.Mkuu wa mkoa wa Dar es salaam Said Meck Sadik anawaomba wadau wazidi kuwasaidia wahanga mpaka watakapokuwa tayari kujitegemea,huku bwana Aidan David wa msalaba mwenyekundu akitoa wito wa aina hiyo hiyo kwa wadau wote kusaidia jamii hiyo.

Kwa upande wa malazi,magodoro,shuka,na hata vitanda ni vitu vya muhimu sana kwa ajili ya wahanga hao.Serikali ya mkoa,wadau na mashirika yana wajibu wa kuhakikisha kuwa mazingira katika eneo hilo yanalindwa ili liendelee kuwa eneo salama la kuishi kwa kila mwanajamii husika.
