1. Mr. William P. Shayo, Executive Director for the organization- Mr. William is a degree holder in Mass communication from St. Augustine University of Tanzania, and has worked with Tanzania Red Cross Society in Kigoma and Shinyanga for more than seven years overseeing various community programs. Mr. Shayo is also a Tanzania Development Trust (TDT) local Representative for Shinyanga region. Mr. Shayo is also a  Councilor representing the people of Ndala ward in Shinyanga Municipal full Council.

2. Joseph Kasya, our Programs Manager- Mr. Joseph is a graduate at degree level in International Relations and has experience in working with both national and international organization

3. Sebastian Manoni, our Finance Officer-  Mr. Manoni has Advance Diploma in Accountancy with more tha ten year experince working with small and Medium NGOs sector in Tanzania

4. Monica John, our vocational teacher at Maganzo VTC, Monica has a Diploma in toiloring and Clothing technology and she she is doing well with our students at Maganzo VTC.

6. Lukuresia Wanda, Our office attendant responsible for office cleading and assist in administrative duties

7. Cecilia Mponeja, Our loan Officer with Diploma in Finance and Accountant oversee our microcredit project funded by Wabia network
