1:GENERAL MEETING

(The General meeting is made up of all members including 2 caregivers of the orphans and vulnerable children represantatives from each village OVCT has reached , up to now there are 17 members).

2:Board od Directors:-

OVCT Board of Directors has 9  (nine) seats members (5 male and 4 female)

3:STEERING COMMITTEE

(This committee is made up of 6 members, who are OVCT Chairperson, Secretary, Accountant and other 3 members regarding gender and it meets four times per year  according to the OVCT Costitution  and they may meet at any time  for emergencies).

4:OVCT LEADERSHIP

(Chairperson, Executive Secretary /Director, Accountant ;and OVCT has a Bank Account which is signed by three signatories, two from leadership group and one from among the members).
