Fruitful Orphanage and Day care

Fruitful Orphanage was established in 2014 and is dedicated to providing food, shelter and education to orphaned children in Arusha. Many children in Tanzania have suffered displacement and continue to suffer losses, which have led us to commit to the ongoing and unmet needs of our community displaced to the street and resettlement communities within Tanzania. Fruitful Orphanage was conceived with a vision to create a peaceful society where children grow to achieve their full basic needs.

Aims:

• To provide shelter for orphaned children
• To provide water and sanitation facilities to orphaned children
• To provide basic food provisions for widows, orphans and families in need
• To sponsor orphans and maintain their physical and spiritual upbringing

Mission:

Fruitful Orphanage is dedicated to ensuring that orphaned children in Tanzania are given basic needs in terms of food, shelter, education and equal right.

OUR MAIN OBJECTIVES

• Enlarge the current school building and build a boarding school for boys and girls up to age.
• Extend the education program to include full primary and secondary level education.
• Increase the number of subjects that are taught in the schools including vocational training.
• To educate the children so that they embrace peace and become adverse to violence.
• Build a small health clinic that will treat minor illness and accidents.
• Review funding strategy to identify how the current funding system could be expanded and identify possibly future recourses of income.
• Increase the amount of food, shelter provision, and educational entitlement of the orphaned.

OUR HISTORY

• Opened in April 2014 in Arusha Tanzania in Meru district.
• Opened boarding school for young boys and girls.

Our future plan

• To opened an Elementary School for young boys and girls
• We also want to introduced physical education such as football and many others.
• We want to installed a fully functioning canteen so the students can eat their food in a safe and healthly environment.
• Opened a small Pharmacy to simplify the students needs in healthy care.
• Fundraising in our local office found in Arusha Tanzania and individual sponsors.
• Open Secondary School with full academic subjects taught.
• Open  computer classes so as to teach students information techonology, computer science, software and hardware and design.
• Increase number of sponsors by looking for the connection from any who will feel to join in helping the orphans and street children.
• Increase and improve educational resources.
• Improve and provide more teacher training on classroom management,
• teaching skills, gain professional qualifications and improve teaching quality.

My name is Isaac John a founder and Director of the orphanage center known as FRUITFUL ORPHANAGE AND DAY CARE which found in Arusha , Tanzania.

http/envaya.org/fruitfulorphanageWith increasing of deaths cause by poverty and hunger cause many familes stay without having either father or mother or all of the parents.This is why street children are increasing without having good care from the society.This situation cause the children going out to the street tyng their lives there.After knowing this problem FRUITFUL ORPHANAGE AND DAY CARE (FODC) a non-profit, non- government organization was founded in 2013 to address the needs of the ever-increasing the numbers of children living on the streets of Arusha.

I decided starting this center because of increasing of the children who are staying in the street without having a permanent settlement, lack of education and lost their parent/s so there is no one who to help them to get their basic needs e.g. food shelter medical checking and education.

This center was found on April 1 2013 and till this time we have 38 children but because I have no employment I managed to stay with 14 children who I use to provide to them tea, porridge, lunch and dinner.

For sure I've been doing this alone with some support from the relative and my friends who have decided to join together with me helping those children. I got a friend of mine from T.V.E who supported me from July getting some volunteers who visited me to my center and the other one from Project Abroad. They have supported me a lot for buying the food, clothes, beds and teaching materials. For sure now it’s not bad I’m blessing the Holy Father. I’m here now asking for the help from anyone who may feel to join with us to help these children to go to school because when they will have education the light to let them fulfill their dreams will be reached.

On August we got someone who's from USA who supported our boy to go to school and when we sent him to the interview they choose him to be in class three and now he is doing good with his education.For sure he is very happy.I will try to update his photo on this page.

On October we were lucky got a volunteer called Juliana from Colombia who sponsored one of our daughter called Faith who is expecting to join with Haradali Primary School next year.We are so glad and welcoming all who will feel to support any of our kids to go to school.Thanks a lot for visiting my page.

Until this time we are 4 staffs who are 3 ladies and 1 man.

We also so happy that we've got another volunteer called Sarah Dressler who supported having the renting fare food teaching materials, 4 matresses and lunching us the website on Tumbrl as you can see down on my paragraph.
