Increased shortage of employment and ability to self employment to most of graduates in Tanzania has created several missunderstanding and questions on who is responsible for this failures. Some pointing fingers to the youth themselves that they are not effective on working while others saying that the higher institutions has missed the direction as they provide education that does not promote self employment, creativity as well as hard working.
