I think part of this money used to pay the Mbagala kuu victims, is from our tax which being corrected by the goverment from public servants, institutions and individuals, therefore, we give out that portion of money for development activities, hence, some of those actvities manded to use, or this money is to be directed for; is disation recovery, though some other offices consequently performs contrary. So in acclaimation with you Dr. Bruno R. Magala, we suggest that victims of Mbagala are your fathers it does'nt matter what it is, but still they are your fathers because you used their tax at Universities and now their lives are becoming difficult because of many organizations being quiet, hence many of them are sleeping risky houses due to the intrigue psychology and carelessness practiced by NGOs in Tanzania. Would they be strong, our rights could'nt be violated.  We pray that you show your supremacy in defending human rights and you will need to stand firm to defending all acts involving embezzlement of public money like that of  Mbagala bomb victim compensation funds because it realy pains as your self  looked at your fathers, mothers, sisters, and brothers sleeping under the tree.
