By the end of the year 2025 to have Healthy People in all Mkoani District who will be free from HIV/AIDS Infection excluding those who are already infected how ever they will be free from re infection, stigma and segregation with all positive  support  from the government, NGOs and the community at large.

Its MISSION:

To ensure that almost all people of Mkoani District participate fully in VCT in order to know their status and  those Who are infected with HIV to be encouraged to attend CTC Clinics and adhere to ART .

Goal no, 6 of Millennium Development Goals indicate the halting and reversing the trends of the HIV        infection by the year 2015.

Th      Therefore the Main Objective of our organization is ‘to contribute on fighting against HIV/AIDS and its eff       effects in Tanzania, particularly in Mkoani District and Zanzibar at large.’

Th      Specific Objectives of the organization are:

01.    To rise People awareness on HIV/AIDs and its effects.

02.    To sensitize People on Voluntary counselling and Testing of HIV/AIDs.

03.    To reduce Stigmatization, Segregation and Discrimination of PLWHAS in the Community.

04.    To rise People awareness on the use of ARV’s for PLWHAS.

05.    To give Health Services for affected People using Home Based Care (HBC).

06.    To give safe Guiding and Counselling to affected People, Youth and the Society as a whole.

07.    To make Follow up and Evaluation of HIV/AIDS and its effects in the Community.

08.    To support and advocate Orphans and those Most Vulnerable children.

09.    To emphasizes on HIV knowledge focusing on High at risk Groups especially Drug users , widows and spinsters, Barmaids ,man sex  to man ,Youths out of school , female sex workers and Fishermen.
