OVERVIEW OF NGARA YOUTH'S GROUP

Ngara youth's group is the Group of youths which was registered under the District Community Development Office on 01st October 2014 and become awarded registration no. 123. Ngara youth's Group comprise youth's who have graduated from various Universities in Tanzania and other individual who live in Ngara district regadress of their economical,educational stutus, traditional,regional, or religious background.

Ngara Youth's Group carry out various agricultural activities including beekeeping and fishfarming. This project are of great important in income generation and environmental conservation. Bee keeping project is located at Goya Goya game reserve  found in Rulenge Ward, Ngara district in Kagera Region located at North West of Tanzania.

The main goals of Ngara Youth's group through its project of beekeeping and fishfarming which is conducted at Kirushya Village in Ngara District is to fight against poverty from individual level to the community level and national at large buy conducting activities which will generate income, the project under Ngara Youth's group aim at promoting the spirit of Self employment among youth's who depend only on  formal employment and ignore informal employment also the group aim at promoting environmental conservation by planting trees in the areas of the project.

The project of beekeeping and fish farming which are carried by our group will involve Both Youths of all sex from Ngara District who are dully registerd as members of Bgara Youths Group. These members will participate in all phases of implementation. Also people surrounding the project will participate in our groups activities by taking short time or temporary employment.

Project under Ngara Youths Group will improve living standard of members and community at large over since product which will be produced by our group will be sold to the community hence simplify accessibility of our product. Some of the amount of money which will be accumulated will be distributed among group members by using good and well managed agreement in order to ensure equality among members. This amount of money will be used to improve their living standard. Also by conducting environmental conservation the late of deforestation and bushfire will be reduced and help in rain formation hence agricultural activities will be easily carried.

Project under Ngara Youths Group will be sustainable as a certain amount of money will be kept from the amount obtained from selling the product of bees and fishs from our project. These money will be used to run various group activities.

In order to make our project moves easily we need to buy new and modern hives compared to these we have currently and buying other official requirement such as Computer, photocopoy machine and printers.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

Name: Ngara Youth's Group

Location: Ngara,Kagera- Tanzania

Purpose: To promote self employment as the way to fight unemployment, extremely poverty and to help i in environmental conservation. This will help in building individual's income.

The organization/ group have registerd to cooperate with people of all interest without considering trbes, Roligon or ethinics.

The group was register on 01th octob 2014 and was given Registion no 123. This group was registered under Ngara District Community Development  And given the registration certificate.

Ngara Youth's group has 23 members where by 14 Men and 09 women making the total of 23.

At the past we have succeeded to open up our office at Ngara district Head quaters where we have installed few funitures, We have struggled to get a piece of land where we were giv
