Challenges
Challenge | How it was overcome |
---|---|
Financial management: - The MYG training in Dodoma that we attend for the purpose of this project could not provide us, as first grant applicant with knowledge and information enough to suffice for a convenient finance management during project implementation. | We had to consult experienced consultants for furthering and implement our project successfully. |
Project reporting: - The reporting templates, the Financial Report, had its formulas disturbed; the narrative report too, had its tables misconceived to the end that it was hard to fill in some information therein. | We had to learn from the previous NGO who had experience dealing with the formulas on the said temperate. |
Project Organization: - The project organization had encountered some problems due to the fact that the scheduled of date to attend training and seminar sometimes were cancelled. | We had to responds to the trainee’s timetable so as to let things work smoothly. |
Project implementation:- The issue of implementing the project was challenging to some extent due to the fact that the implementers had no experience hence it was a first time to do such projects | We had to ask assistance from various NGO so as to have a clear framework on project implementation as the MYG did not cover this aspect at , to that effect the enhancement of the project had to be done through assistance and we made all was intended. |
Project supervision:-The supervision of the project was challenging to some extents | We had to apply reasonable measures to handle the situation. |
