Initiative for Youth is a Non Governmental Organization ( NGO ) working in marginalized families. Founded in 2007 by 15 young men and women who working in different levels and professionals in Daraja mbili ward, its core aim is to facilitate poverty eradications for all and meet quality education by direct assistance and to link up with other actors in civil society, national and international. We work with community based organizations (CBOs), Faith based organization (FBOs) and non governmental organization (NGOs) to support local communities' initiatives to advocate for the right to education and articulate their concerns with an informed collective voice to influence policies for quality basic for all in Tanzania.
