El-foundation is non-Governmental organization formed to meet the following objectives.

1.To provide basic need such as food,shelter to the indigenous children in Tanzania.

2.To workshop or conference and research dealing or status of vulneral children,womens orphans and submit them to concerned parties in community

3. To strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations to address disabled, Women’s, orphans livelihood and children issues

4. To provide financial assistance for the education of orphans, and children in need in Tanzania;

5.To educate people in the community about the importance of protection and conservation of environment.

6. To build and develop skills that will help to reduce vulnerability of women, disabled and youth from poverty.

7. To engage in the collection, analysis and dissemination of information about children, women; To develop strong communication and collaboration between children, and women’s rights campaigner, stakeholders nationally and regionally;

8. To establish, maintain and manage a sound capital growth fund that would support organizations engaging in community development programmes.

9. To provide education on HIV/AIDS awareness in the country.

10. To fight against killings of Albino and provide education to the people in the community on the doctrine of equality and right to life.

11. To provide grants to support a variety of projects identified and implemented by women in Tanzania.
