- To provide skills on roadsafety including driving aiming at improved delivery services.That being fulfilled through providing driving courses and road safety skills on short and long term courses aspects.
- To provide business courses for school leavers and inservice individuals.
- To provide training on road safety at the primary and secondary school levels.
- To net work with the Government of Tanzania-in particular the police force aiming at participatory improvement of road safety.
- To sensitise the community in general on participatory improvement of road safety as an access to reduced accidents.
- To provide seminars and workshop to road safety and driving stakeholders at various levels of the community.
