Its a good initiative of having one voice for the people living with HIV/AIDs . Coming together as PLWHA provides an opportunity for their Meaningful and greater involvement in the fight against HIV/AIDs. However on my recent visit to Tanzania i realized that there is still a lot of community and individual stigma. I got concerned. Am a Ugandan also in the fight against HIV/AIDs for the last 7 years. I would have loved so much to work with you given an opportunity.
