The life economic strain challenges has reduce the survival and growth of the living individuals in the growing community. The unable of effective particpation in development programs/activities has brodened the wide range of the poor community. The vast of the population face the highest poverty and their participation in the country economic activities is very limited. From the situation the region continue to face the increase of needy community which mostly consists of the unemployed, orphans, vulnerable children, drug users, disadvantaged as well as HIVaffected victims. To make a sustainable life development of the community, together we need bringing changes in individuals and the society in general. Considerable efforts from all parties to face the challenges is well needed. Therefore in one way or the other the posibilities lies on our hands.
