CHIPUA “SPROUT” is an offshoot of Kazi Nje Nje Program of the International Labour Organization– ILO, diversified and wholly youth professional owned and youth controlled organization with head office in the heart of the city of Dar es salaam, Tanzania. Established in April 2012 and registered in 2013 as NGO under the Companies Act, 2002, with registration number 101457.  It is in recognition of the ILO that, youth and women active economic empowerment is entrenched as one of developmental pillars at CHIPUA. In this regard CHIPUA continues to strive to effectively influence Tanzania Youth, Women and the Tanzanian community to engage constructively to ensure effective utilization of collective resources that translates to active participation in economic development initiatives thus enhancing the effectiveness of Broad-Based Youth & Women Economic Empowerment.
