About My Life Story At The CCDO

Lazaro Mbogela is the boy who was born on January 7th, 2004 at Ngome hospital in Iringa Region. He is from Kinga tribe at Iniho Makete- Njombe where he is originated. His parents are Majaliwa Mayova Mbogela and her mother is Costancia Jaccobo Sanga. He was raised at Mkimbizi street in Iringa and by 2008-2009 he started nursery at Braid of Life with the age of four years. He then went to Mkimbizi primary school in 2010 as a primary student. In 2011 he went to St. Dominic primary school as a nursery student. He started grade one in 2012 at St. Dominic Savio Primary school and graduated grade seven in 2018. He then continued with St. Dominic Savio secondary school in Kigonzile from 2019 to date.

Participation in building the community

Lazaro Mbogela is working with the NGO called Children Care Development Organization (CCDO). In the organization he managed to conduct various issues that have assisted the community And strengthen the community. Within the organization he succeeded to conduct the environmental conservational project at Nduli which involved the horticulture and the irrigation scheme education, he participated in the tree plantation project of Nduli area, he assisted to the growth of vocational training center which deals with carpentry, tailoring, welding and ICT. Apart from working with the organization he personal involve himself in the community building through writing the books with morals that reflect the community and the world at large such books include; My life in the street, Third world prophase and Busara yake. He wrote this books while he is still at school but he failed to publish them since he has no any source that he invest as long as he is still a student.

Achievement

In all his work he succeeded to achieve various goals. This goals are as follows; The environment is improved in various areas and there is the practice of the horticulture activities that assist many individual to attain food and get nutrients such as vitamins to strengthen their body immunity and to fight with the malnutrition diseases such as scurvy. Also he succeeded to build the community through giving them basic skills of life and entrepreneur education together with his contribution in the vocational training center of the organization.

Challenges

With all his efforts to build the community, he faces various challenges such as discouragement from the neighbors, friends and relatives, lack of sponsors and volunteers to support his movement towards the community building, ignorance of many people to what he is trying to do for the community hence leads him to lack the support, low capital to enable his movement to work in the appropriate manner such as to print and distribute the books to the majority of the people so as to teach them and share with them what he has, Lack of enough innovative people to support him in his movements and the rapidly increase of the street children that makes his movement difficult to handle the situations.

Goals and vision

His goals and vision towards the community are to make sure the vulnerable group live peaceful life without being discouraged by anyone, increase development to most of the Africans so as to reduce the possibility of getting the malnutrition diseases like kwashiorkor, to eradicate bad culture beliefs that are still practiced in our country such as forced marriage, female genital mutilation (FGM), early marriages, wife beating, discrimination in education, wife inheritance and food taboos that exist in the community, to help the street children to rich their life ambitions, to preserve the environment and maintain the green cover around the African continent that will reduce the risk of global warming, to teach people through my literally works towards the day to day events on the community and that they change from the worst life condition they are right now to better existing life, to develop skills of the vulnerable groups in Africa such as tailoring, carpentry, welding and ICT that will assist them to be self-employed hence causing the decrease of the unemployed individuals in the community especially the graduates, to make sure there is good health services to the orphan children, expectant mothers and elders and to reduce the dependence of people to others through the entrepreneur education provided.
