Warm Greetings from the Children Care Development Organization.
Thank you for honoring us to partnership with you based on our project of reducing children poverty through practical ICT solutions since currently we started to promote our shared innovative project of ESF 21st century approach research education by our Partner Dr. Bob Zenhausern, Ph.D – CEO at Enabling Support Foundation towards our children. I want to be clear you understand the ESF approach to 21st Century education. We are suggesting two simple changes that will result in a much better way for children to learn. The first change is that we postpone the alphabet until the student is reading. Then use the words read to learn the letters of the alphabet in the context of words the child already knows. How can you teach the meaning of words if you do not know the alphabet?? When a child is learning to speak we do not start with the alphabet. Why do it for reading?
Parents will teach children to read while they are teaching them to speak. They will be reading when they enter school, as they do for speaking. We will follow the same procedure for current students. We will use approaches that fit the needs of the individual child.
The second change is to substitute estimation for arithmetic. We need to develop individuals who can quickly get good approximation to the correct answer. If absolute precision were essential I would use a computer. A student learns by guessing at an answer and getting immediate feedback on how close they were. The student is no longer daunted by the intricacy of arithmetic but can concentrate on the facts and give a good estimate .
This can all be done by an exchange of email, visiting our project. This partnership shall enable us to promote our reciprocal exchange information, training, experience and knowledge transfer. Please would you send your email to us so that we can be able to communicate accordingly to our partnership agreement and our email is: childrencareorg1@gmail.com
Looking more information and positive response from you.
