This message serves to introduce the Children Care Development Organization (www.envaya.org/ccdo) that has made a website link with the EuropaBook Organization (www.europabook.eu) that has made a link between this organization in the fulfillment of our vision and mission.

The Children Care Development Organization (CCDO) is an all-inclusive, non-partisan group working to increase participation in children and women rights, rights to health and freedom of speech, local democracy, to inspire individuals in our community to become informed about local and socio-economic development issues, and to support accessibility, transparency and accountability in the local government.

These website links are considered as the beacon of Tanzanian civil societies organization to prosper, since the link will enable those organizations, academician and researchers to explore much of the information related to their project wishes and put them into practical sense for their organizations well- being and for their target groups at large.

The advantage of this link is to enable both giant and small available organization in Tanzania to have an opportunity to explore much information relating to financial application from European Union Fund and the way they can engage into application through the link from the EuropaBook Organization. Not only had that but also to search for project partners based on their well designed local projects.

Therefore, it is our belief that these links will contribute a lot to the improvement of local government governance practices in Tanzania through reciprocal exchange information, outreach programs, resource mobilization and experience towards citizen participation in local politics and economic development. Meaning that the programme is a flora for debate, discussion, sharing of knowledge, experiences and best practices among the participants of the project partners.

The link has proposed a strategy for approaching this challenge. Our preliminary plans include a series of public programs and development of a portfolio of information resources and educational materials. With these website links we will endeavour to educate members of the community about the inner workings of local government, e-civic education, voting, the election process and access points for civic engagement, and encourage all eligible citizens to cast meaningful ballots in future elections.
