Base for Education Dissemination  (BED) is non Governmental Organization registered in 2002 (Reg.No.11694, Certificate of Compliance No.1959) under the Tanzania Society Ordiance Act . BED vision is to have a well informed, educated and knowledgeable society to adress its economic, social and cultural rights. BED mission is to vibrant organization in dissemination of information, education and skills to enhance societies economic, social and cultural rights. Among the outcomes that BED has advocated for include: Formation of Ilemela District Civil Society Organiztion (2008), Formation of Mwanza Hotels Workers Network (2006). Enhanced Skills on Organization Development among Civil Society Organizations of Mwanza Region (2007). Ehanced skills on Budget analysis, Procurement and Contract Management among Wards Development Committes ( 2010). And establishment of Bupandwa Development Foundation which currents runs english medium School for orphans and most vulnerable children (2010).
