Tanzania Women of Action (Tawa) currently is working on HIV/AIDs  protection among female commercial sex workers by providing the education  of proper using of female condoms (lady Pepeta). We have trained 16 peer educators who in turn will train others.The activity started  in Kinondoni municipal  and there  after to be held in other municipals   of  Dar es salaam Region .

The young female sex workers have no power to convince their client to use condoms as such we decided to educate them on how to use female condoms so that they can protect themselves form HIV/AIDS transmission
