Definitely yes, NGOs are bringing positive impacts in Africa in many ways including but not limited to; supporting innovations and pilot projects. NGOS have the advantage of selecting the paraticular places for innovative projects and specify in advance the lenght of time they will be supporting the projects hence contributing to sustainable development.
