A safety net workshop held on August 2010 in Morogoro Municipal Council. A workshop resulted to the establishment of 16 safety net groups in 4 Wards of Mwembesongo,Kingolwira,Bigwa and Tubuyu.Safety nets goups were established to support Vulnerable groups e.g  OVC/MVCs,older people,disabled and people living with HIV/AIDS from the village levels.
