From january 2011 HUDEO have started preparation for the VOTERS EDUCATION PROJECT Funded by Foundation For Civil Society which will be conducted in 5 different locations within Njombe Town council and mainly based on village level, and those who will participate on the training  will include village leaders, teachers,students,religious leaders,village elders,e.t.c. Those wards which will benefit on the trainings are Luponde, Iwungilo, Yakobi, Uwemba and Kifanya.
