To facilitate  poor community being conscious in utilizing available resources to eliminate poverty through building capacity of the society in environment management, access to health services, creating self employments, HIV and AIDS interventions, gender based violence education, sanitation and access to safe water, manage effectively their resources for better livelihoods, realization of human rights and child protections, promote sustainable agriculture development and food security, eradicating gender discrimination, social exlusion of vulnerable groups in development processes.
