Global Family Enlightenment Organization(GLOFEO) is a non-profitable organization (NGO)founded on the basis of empowering the communities worldwide with marital Family education and conflict resolution techniques for the new mind-setup which will lead to the systemic change of moral sense. It has been registered to operate in Tanzaniamain land under section 12(2) of act No 24of 2004 and its registration number is 00NGO/00004297. The idea of founding this NGO is the result of a long-term research done in and out of Tanzanian communities and hence the outcome showed that Human dignity is no longer valued. The guidance of the implementation of the empowerment of the community will be under the discipline Philosophy (philosophical Anthropology), Psychology and counseling.

 All these disciplinary morals will empower the individuals within the communities to realize their potentialities and weaknesses which will lead to self-awareness and hence have the motivation for new mind-setup. The focused mind always sets new goals which assist the achievement of chief aim in life. GLOFEO, therefore, intends to assist the individuals realize that life starts within as nature is out of our control, with this concept duty binds us to introspect ourselves on how we affect the nature and its creation by the way we live with our fellow human beings.

 It is undeniable truth that human beings are unique creatures blessed with high developed brain with thinking capacity, this power within the human brain also brings the difference between the individuals due to the use of five senses of organs which bring in the information which come across from the ether as delivered from different source and hence processed by the master mind.

 The Geographical, Cultural, Political, Religious, Gender and Ideological differences may not be our concern, the main concern of GLOFEO is the protection of the Human dignity by advocating peace and morality from the nuclear source of the society (Family) to the National level. GLOFEO sets therefore, the open door to all partners who adhere with our ideology of “New mind-setup for systemic change of moral sense for protection of Human dignity”. GLOFEO believes that focused mind values personal achievement in life and the well-being of thy neighbor, right thinking is the result of disciplined life process guided by good morals as set by nature.

 The main purpose of this NGO is to create the communities with good morals and maintain peace within the communities through mediation. The main purpose of this NGO is founded on three basic reasons;

 First, many people are suffering because they lack basic knowledge on various community issues such as Social, Economic, Cultural, Environmental and other aspects of life they are supposed to know, with this concept in mind, GLOFEO finds the importance of empowering the communities with this knowledge for the first move to solving their daily life challenges.

 Second, human beings are created on two main facts of life, an angel and Satan, the question in mind is how and when these two contradicting aspects reveal themselves.

Third, a human being has the power of healing and killing at the same time, how, when where and why, we need clear answers for self improvement and change.

 From the above fundamental aspects, GLOFEO believes that when the society is well assisted in answering and bringing awareness to the above critical questions, this human being may change to human person; this means that, he/she will be the new transformed creature with well organized three levels of human being ness, these levels are BODY, MIND and SOUL.

 It has been stated for a long time that “A HUMAN BEING IS UNIFINISHED PROJECT” but due to the strategic plan and well-guided discipline full of content which will be used in different contexts, Glofeo hopes for new changes which will bring HAPPINESS as the chief aim of life for every individual under the sun. Moral sensibility encourages self-love and happiness as the best quality for human value.

Transparency and accountability for GLOFEO are laid out by 15 principles of success, these fifteen standing-rocks are; Definite chief aim, Self-Confidence, Habit of Serving, Initiative and Leadership, Imagination, Enthusiasm, Self-Control, The habit of doing more than paid for, Pleasing Personality, Accurate thinking, Concentration, Co-operation, Profiting by failure, Tolerance and Practicing the Golden rule.

  GLOFEO OBJECTIVES. 

• To avail the community inTanzania   as a whole with economic power through provision of economic projects which mainstream sustainable development and food security.

• To involve the community in environmental management, water and sanitation programmes under participatory approaches.
• To involve women, girls, youth in Health and development projects through planning, implementing and evaluation of all planned activities.
• To offer consultancy on project designing, management and Evaluation to the civil society.
• To undertake and mainstream research on social, economic,political and cultural causes for poverty of the marginalized groups and the community as a whole.
• To promote the community capacities by making available vocational skills to the Most Vulnerable Children. (MVC)
• To promote community skills in various themes on marital family relations for peace maintenance and conflict resolution.
• Gender advocacy and Child protection through enforcement of human rights and property ownership.
