1.Trainings conducted in Tabora, Rukwa, Lindi, Mtwara, Singida and Dodoma to 70 training of trainers (ToT)
2. 375 indirect beneficiaries riched (70 trainers trained 5 beneficieries in their localities)

Project Outcomes and Impact

7120 women from the pilot area (Rukwa, Mtwara, Tabora, Kagera, Dodoma, Lindi and Singida) get conceptional understainding of HIV/AIDS, Malaria, Women Rights and Economic Empowerment
1. 375 in this quarter reached (1875 expected from multplier effect from 375 beneficiaries
2. Economic empowerment to 70 women entrepreneurs attended annual forum and DITF
Limited Resources to meet the high demand from the pilot areas

Lessons Learned

Explanation
Many women in the pilot area have been never reached and senstized in HIV/AIDS, Malaria, Women Rights and Economic Empowerment (Entrepreneurship)
Infrustracture in reaching the pilot periferal pilot regions is very poor hindering many people to choose working with them
Poverty is a serious agenda making the beneficiaries wanting to be paid full allowance, travelling, food and accommodation to attend any training, even to participaty in an interview
