The name of the organization is KIKUNDI CHA AMKENI VIJANA(KIAVI). It was established dates back to 17th December 2010 with 8 members. Members agreed to the following objective: 1.Addressing youth problem and looking for the solution to them 2.Exchange among youth the life skills available(eg  Entrepreneurship,vacational training) 3. Addressing the crosscuting issues to the youth(HIV/AIDS, DRUG ABUSE, ORPHANS...) and assisting them for clothes, school fees, shelters etc. whenever necessary.

The organization achieved the following achievement;                                                       1.To be registered with registration number MDC/CBO/329.

2.The organization has its own leadership

3.There is an increase of number of members from 8 to 23

4.The organization has got permission to conduct debates in secondary school at Magu district.

5.The organization has succeed to link with different organization.

6.Also the organization succeed to collect some amount of money from members contribution.
