Hapa Tanzania, miaka ya nyuma, kabla ya mwaka 2003 huduma ya Usafirishaji ilikuwa inasimamiwa na Mamlaka ya Leseni Tanzania. Toka kipindi hicho,tumekuwa tukishirikiana na Wadau wenzetu mbali mbali kuhakikisha huduma za usafiri Jijini zinakuwa :-

                                a) Bora na zinatolewa na vyombo vyenye viwango

                                b) Zinapatikana kwa makundi yote

                                c) Huduma inayo zingati Hadhi na Heshima kwa binadamu wenzetu
