Society for women i and Aids in Africa (SWAA)  ni shirika lililoanzishwa na wanawake wa Africa miaka 18 iliyopita na Tanzania kuwa na Tawi tangu mwaka 1998 makao yake makuu yakiwa Dar-es salaam. Mwaka 2009 february lilipata usajili wake kamili kwa msajili wa mashirika yasiyo ya kiserikali, na kupewa namba 0912 ,certificate ya comliance hivyo kuwa huru kufanya kazi kama shirika rasmi na lenye kutoa taarifa zinazojitegemea.

Tangu mwaka 2005 tukiwa kwenye mwamvuli tulifanya kazi mbalimbali za kuhamasisha jamii kuhusiana na maswala ya ukimwi kwa vijana tarafa ya Ngerengere,wilaya ya Morogoro vijijini, elimu ya saikilojia kwa walezi wa watoto yatima,na wale wanaoishi katika mazingira magumu kwa ufadhili wa The foundation for civil society.

Kwa sasa katiba yetu imebadilika na sasa tunawanachama wanaume, na kama atapenda mwanamme yeyote kuwa kiongozi anakaribishwa tafauti na katiba ya mwanzo mwanamme hakuruhusiwa kuwa kiongozi. Pia tumepanua wigo wa shughuli zetu, kama kutoa elimu ya ujasiria mali kwa makundi ya watu wishio vijijini, elimu ya saikolojia, uraia, mazingira, sheria za ardhi, utanaduni na sanaa za watanzania, hasa zile kazi zinazo tokana na sanaa za watanzania, zikiwepo ngoma, sanaa za mkono, na sanaa za jukwaani.

Lengo la kubadili shughuli za katiba yetu kumetokana na kuwa watu wengi hasa wafadhili wanatofautiana malengo yao katika kazi na watakapo hitaji kufanya kazi nasi  wasingeweza,  hivyo sasa tupo huru kulingana na katiba yetu kumpokea mhisani yeyote atakae penda kufanya kazi nasisi  ndani ya nchi yetu hata nje ya nchi yetu, alimradi ni kazi zenye kulenga maendeleo ya watu hasa nyanja za  kiuchumi kijamii na kisiasa.

Tutaweza kuwafikia watu katika huduma, hasa wanafunzi na wagonjwa wa majumbani katika mavazi na elimu ya afya ukiwepo ugonjwa wa ukimwi. Pia tunakaribisha watu watakaopenda kujitolea kwenye shirika letu kwa muda watakaotuelezea ili taratibu za nchi ziweze kufuatwa. Mawasiliano yote yatakuwa kwa afisa mahusiano wa shirika letu.

Tutaandika miradi mipya na kuweka ile ya zamani iliyo kosa ufadhili na yeyote atakae ona umuhimu wa kutu fadhili tutashirikana nae katika kazi au kwa maelekezo atakayo penda yeye. Nembo ya shirika letu tumeitoa yaani kushoto   na ramani ya Africa na kulia ni Mwanamke wa kiafrika aliye beba mtoto.

Society for women in and Aids in Africa (SWAA) is an organization founded by women in Africa 18 years ago and Tanzania have a branch since 1998 Headquartered in Dar-es-salaam. February 2009 gained full registration with the Registrar of NGOs, and given the number 0912, Certificate of comliance thus be free to work as a corporate official and independent reporting.

Since 2005 we at umbrella we performed various duties to promote community related to issues of HIV / AIDS for the youth divisions of Ngerengere, district of Morogoro rural education saikilojia the guardians of orphaned children and those living in difficult conditions for funding of The Foundation for Civil society.

Currently our constitution has changed and now we Parties males, and if any man would want to be invited to different leader and the first constitution was not allowed to man a leader. We have also expanded the scope of our activities, like providing education ujasiria belonging to groups of people living in rural areas, educational psychology, citizenship, environment, land laws, will naduni and art of Tanzanians, especially those works that are inspired by art from Tanzania, zikiwepo dance , the art of hand, and the art of the stage.

The aim of the change activities our constitution has been driven by many people, especially donors vary their goals in work and when they need to work with us could not, so now we are free according to our constitution to receive a donor one will stay like work to us in our country, even outside the our country, he is working on a project with particular focus on the development of economic aspects of social and political.

We'll reach people in care, especially students and patients homes in clothing and health education presence of HIV. We also welcome people who want to volunteer in our organization for some time who tell us that the procedures can be followed. All communications will be a public relations officer of our organization.
