WILAYA YA KONDOA NA VITUKO KATIKA ELIMU

Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Kondoa iliyoko umbali wa kilometa 160 kutoka Dodoma inakabiliwa na hali mbaya ya maendeleo ya Elimu kufuatia shule zake za Sekondari kudorora katika matokeo ya mitihani ya kitaifa ukiwemo wa kidato cha nne uliofanyika mwishoni mwa 2010.                                         Kibao hiki kinaelekeza lugha rasmi ya kutumia kwenye shule ya Sekondari Changaa.

Kufuatia matokeo ya mtihani wa kidato cha nne yaliyo tangazwa na Baraza la Mitihani la Taifa mwanzoni mwa mwaka 2011; shule tano kati ya kumi zilizofanya vibaya kitaifa zilitoka katika Wilaya ya Kondoa ambazo ni Changaa, Kolo, Hurui, Kikore na Thawi.

Hii ni hali halisi ilivyo katika chumba cha darasa kinachotumika kama ofisi ya walimu.

Timu ya wanaharakati wa Elimu kutoka Asasi aya Marafiki wa Elimu Dodoma MED ilifanya ziara katika shule ya Changaa ambapo ilifanikiwa kufika kwa tabu kutokana na muiundombinu mibaya hasa ya barabara za kufika katika shule hiyo ambayo pia haina hata kibao cha kuelekeza jinsi ya kuifikia shule hiyo.

Ziara ya Marafiki wa Elimu Dodoma ilibaini vituko vya aina yake katika shule hiyo yenye wanafunzi wa kidato cha kwanza hadi cha nne na kuwaacha hoi kwa mshangao baada ya kubaini kuwa shule ya Changaa ina wanafunzi watatu (3) tu wa kidato cha nne kwa mwaka 2011 ambapo kati yao wasichana ni wawili na mvulana mmoja tu. Kurwa Martin mwafunzi pekee wa kidato cha nne kati ya watatu aliye hudhuria masomo wakati wa zira ya Marafiki wa Elimu katika shule ya Sekondari Changaa.

Sababu za uwepo wa wanafunzi watatu wa kidato hicho ilielezwa ni kutokana na wengi wao kukata tamaa ya matokeo mabaya na pia umbali wa kutoka shuleni na makazi ya wenyeji.

Wanafunzi wa shule hii tangu wajiunge na Elimu ya Sekondari hawajawahi kujifunza masomo ya Sayansi na Hisabati kutokana na kukosekana kwa mwalimu wa masomo hayo japo Mkuu wa shule hiyo ni walimu wa masomo hayo.                           Hii ni picha ya Maabara ya shule ya Sekondari Changaa iliyoko Wilayani Kondoa.

Imeelezwa kuwa 2009 shule hiyo ilikuwa na mwalimu mmoja; 2010 walimu wawili na 2011 shule ina walimu watatu wa kuajiriwa na mmoja wa kujitolea na kulipwa posho na jamii.

Wanafunzi wa Changaa wanatembea kwa zaidi ya kilomita sita kwa siku kwenda na kurudi shuleni kutokana na shule hiyo kuwa mbali na makazi ya watu jambo ambalo linachangia kwa kiasi kikubwa wengi wa wanafunzi hao kukosa hamu ya kuendelea na masomo.Wanafunzi wa Changaa Sekondari wakizitafuta Km3 za kurejea nyumbani.

DISTRICT EDUCATION IN Kondoa and sights
