Probably says Disabled of Ears or deaf or Not hearing, the Deaf have special language of communication with the palm of their hands and fingers no they speak for vital signs. In addition to the disabled community unlike others we do not have contempt for the Deaf and despised by them called names like albinos are called albino, handicapped, foam instead of a good language for Role, disabled the links etc.
