To fulfill this dream, Mission, and Vision, REUMI has two Departments that run component programs to enable it to so do it Objectives. The departments are The Outreach Missionary Department and YCS Fellowship Department. Spreading the Gospel and Church planting and Growth Ministry This ministerial program has two components in its Ministry. This is because of it diversity of reaching out, to various groups in our community and society at large. The two component projects here are Spreading the Gospel Ministry and CPG-Ministry. a.    Spread the Gospel MinistryThis ministry works to spread the gospel mostly in very remote areas. This is achieved by preparing the Gospel crusades, seminars and workshops at least three – four times per year. The ministry further has a team that goes out for this great commission and mission.  b.    The church planting and growth ministry-CThis ministry has managed to setup three parishes namely Makiba in arumeru district, Siha in Hai District and Mangola in Karatu district. This parishes saw the planting of about sixteen Church branches, With a good example churches in the barren wilderness of Tanzania,  Waazabe community and other enthnic tribe living in Karatu district A good number of which still need more Spiritual support structural support as well as a well organized training and growth of their clergy and laity as well. 

One of the main objectives in Organization is building a nation for our children and Youth. The main aim and objective here is to facilitate the establishment of an effective and self sustaining sponsorship mechanism, capable of building our children, students and youth‘s future.
