1. Strategic direction and course of action of the organization with comprehensive vision and mission developed.
2.Strengthened capacity of financial officer and executive committee members on proper management of fund and other organizational resources.
3.Enhanced capacity of executive committee to monitor and evaluate the outputs of their work and project progress.

Project Outputs and Activities

Training delivered and skills acquired.
Strategic plan developed.
Skill and knowledge on basic financial management and accounting is acquired.
Training on project proposal writing delivered and skill acquired.
Training on M&E conducted.
Quality proposal for fund designed and produced as part of knowledge utilization.

1.Conduct three day training on strategic planning for 20 Executive Committee members, members of the board, staff and beneficiaries.
2.Conduct 2 day training on financial management for 12 members of Executive Committee.
3.Conduct 3 days training on resource mobilization for 12 Executive Committee members.( training on proposal writing and fund rising skills.
4. Conduct 2 days training on M&E for 12 Executive . Committee Members
Four training as mentioned above were done in April,2011 in Zanzibar at MCT Conference Hall. The beneficiaries were ZEPIC members, Members of Disabled people as well as People living with HIV.
