1.Conduct three day training on strategic planning for 20 Executive Committee members, members of the board, staff and beneficiaries.
2.Conduct 2 day training on financial management for 12 members of Executive Committee.
3.Conduct 3 days training on resource mobilization for 12 Executive Committee members.( training on proposal writing and fund rising skills.
4. Conduct 2 days training on M&E for 12 Executive . Committee Members

Four training as mentioned above were done in April,2011 in Zanzibar at MCT Conference Hall. The beneficiaries were ZEPIC members, Members of Disabled people as well as People living with HIV.
